\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in environmental studies, Social Sciences, Business, or related fields. Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage.
\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or ESG leadership roles.<\/p>\n
Core Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead the development and execution of CSR and sustainability strategies for Yas Tanzania, ensuring alignment with Group objectives, company objectives and national development priorities.
\nDrive integration of ESG principles into all operational processes and strategic decision-making.
\nIntegrate sustainability into core business operations, including network expansion, energy use, and supply chain practices.
\nPrepare and present annual sustainability reports, climate disclosures, and impact assessments to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
\nBuild and maintain strategic relationships with government bodies, NGOs, institutional partners, and community leaders.<\/p>\n
Competences<\/p>\n
Strong verbal and written communication skills, good listener, team player, and positive attitude is necessary.
\nAbility to work with diverse teams and various stakeholders to accomplish tasks.
\nExceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities of challenging situations.<\/p>\n
