\nPosition: Procurement and Supplies Officer
\nPosition Summary:\u00a0Procurement and Supplies Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement function, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and enforcing compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities in line with approved budgets and plans
\nSource, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing
\nMaintain an updated supplier database and conduct periodic supplier performance reviews
\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
\nPrepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation
\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate with user departments to prevent shortages or overstocking
\nImplement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
\nPrepare procurement reports and provide analytical support for decision-making
\nSupport cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or operational continuity<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
\nProfessional certification such as CPSP(T) or equivalent<\/p>\n
Key Competencies:<\/p>\n
Analytical and strategic sourcing capability
\nStrong organizational and planning skills
\nEffective communication and stakeholder management
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<\/p>\n
