\nAs part of our strategic growth, Alliance Life Assurance Ltd is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced\u00a0Sales and Marketing Executive \u2013 Corporate\u00a0to join our sales and marketing team. This position is ideal for a self-driven individual who is passionate about sales and marketing. The successful candidate will be based in\u00a0Dodoma\u00a0and will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities
\nSales:<\/p>\n
Implement the agreed sales and marketing strategy to achieve and grow the company\u2019s market share while exceeding sales targets within the designated territory.
\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis.
\nIdentify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, clients, brokers, agencies, and other financial institutions to generate business.
\nConduct thorough needs assessments, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
\nCollaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals are provided to clients.
\nPrepare and negotiate corporate sales contracts, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
\nProvide timely and accurate sales reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.<\/p>\n
Marketing:<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
\nCreate compelling marketing materials tailored to the needs and interests of clients to increase brand awareness.
\nUtilize digital marketing channels to enhance the company\u2019s online presence and reach a wider audience.
\nStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for marketing improvement.
\nAssist in organizing promotional events and participate in industry-related exhibitions and conferences.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience Required<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nExperience:\u00a0Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the life insurance industry.
\nSkills:<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
\nIn-depth understanding of sales techniques, life insurance products, and customer behaviour.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.<\/p>\n

\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities, multi-task, with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
\nProven valid network within the corporate world.
