Relationship Manager
\nCorporate and Commercial Banking\u00a0Organization:\u00a0United Bank for Africa (UBA) Tanzania
\nJob Objective
\nBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers with the aim of selling the Bank\u2019s products and services to corporate companies.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maximize account profitability by selling other bank products and services to existing customers.
\nDrive collections in customers\u2019 accounts to support FX and other business lines.
\nIdentify and develop conglomerates banking relationships.
\nEnsure proper documentation throughout the credit application and availment process.
\nSource for and monitor customers\u2019 tenured investments or facilities.
\nRespond promptly and satisfactorily to customers\u2019 daily requests and complaints.
\nPrepare weekly and monthly statistics\/performance reports for management use.
\nMonitor customers\u2019 main accounts regularly.
\nReconcile all transactions on customers\u2019 accounts where and when necessary.
\nInitiate and carry out recovery actions on non-performing credit facilities.
\nMaintain a comprehensive database of customers\u2019 operational records, including existing and prospective customer data.
\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking.<\/p>\n

Actual deposit growth against budget
\nAchievement of Profit Before Tax (PBT) budget
\nTimeliness in delivering revenue generation reports
\nNumber of corporate accounts opened per annum
\nTimeliness and effectiveness in completion of assigned tasks
\nEfficiency level at executing scheduled and ad hoc assignments
\nEffectiveness in establishing new relationships
\nTargets assigned versus actual achievement<\/p>\n
Minimum Education Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any field
\nMaster\u2019s degree and professional certification is an added advantage<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum 4 years in Relationship Management\/Marketing experience
\nCredit experience is required<\/p>\n
