Key Skills Required<br \/>\nLeadership &amp; Team Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to supervise staff, train, and motivate teams<br \/>\n\u2022 Conflict resolution and performance management<br \/>\nOperations &amp; Inventory Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Stock control and ordering<br \/>\n\u2022 Supplier coordination<br \/>\n\u2022 Logistics and delivery planning<br \/>\nSales &amp; Customer Service<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong sales strategies (upselling, cross-selling)<br \/>\n\u2022 Handling customer complaints professionally<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensuring excellent showroom experience<br \/>\nFinancial Skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Budgeting and cost control<br \/>\n\u2022 Sales analysis and reporting<br \/>\n\u2022 Profitability management<br \/>\nCommunication &amp; Problem Solving<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to solve operational issues quickly<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordination with suppliers and management<br \/>\n4.
