\nPurpose of the Role
\nTJL Co. Ltd is seeking two (2) Interns to support our GPS tracking and fleet monitoring operations. The role is part of our initiative to improve operational efficiency, reduce truck idle time, and strengthen discipline and accountability across the fleet.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Monitor trucks daily using the GPS tracking system
\nTrack truck movement, stoppages, delays, and route deviations
\nGenerate daily GPS movement and idle-time reports
\nFlag abnormal stoppages, overspeeding, route deviation, and long idle time
\nCoordinate with Operations, Fleet, and Workshop teams on GPS-related issues
\nMaintain accurate GPS logs and summaries for management review
\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time (TAT)<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s student\/graduate in: ICT, Logistics & Transport Management, Statistics, Engineering, Business \/ Operations Management.
\nBasic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, reporting)
\nAbility to work with data and follow procedures
\nStrong attention to detail and discipline
\nWillingness to work extended hours when required
\nHigh integrity and confidentiality<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)<\/p>\n
Experience with GPS systems or fleet management software
\nStrong reporting and analytical skills
\nInterest in logistics, transport, or operations<\/p>\n
