\nRamada Beach Resort is seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth front desk operations in line with Ramada brand standards
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Welcome and check in\/check out guests efficiently and professionally
\nHandle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
\nManage phone calls and respond to emails promptly
\nProcess payments and maintain accurate billing records
\nCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments
\nHandle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
\nMaintain a clean and organized reception area
\nUpdate and maintain guest records in the PMS system
\nUpsell room categories and promote hotel services
\nPrepare daily arrival and departure reports
\nEnsure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
\nMinimum 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in a hotel front office (4-star experience preferred)
\nProficiency in Opera or other PMS systems is an added advantage
\nExcellent communication skills in English and Swahili
\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills
\nProfessional appearance and positive attitude
\nAbility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays<\/p>\n
