The RPA developer will work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. The incumbent will also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. To be successful, experience in technologies including UiPath and Automation Anywhere will be required
\nKey accountabilities and decision ownership
\nDesign, develop, and test automation workflows
\n\u2022 Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
\n\u2022 Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners,and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
\n\u2022 Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
\n\u2022 Collaborate with development team
\nmembers to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
\n\u2022 Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation asneeded.
\n\u2022 Maintain\/Improve current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
\n\u2022 System Management: Proactively monitor System performance and ensure Availability of services is above 99.999% Master demos of our software
\nSystem Security and Compliance: Ensure
\nall Charging Infrastructure and
\nApplications are well secured and all
\nproducts and service integrations align
\nwith policies, processes and best
\npractices also Perform checklists and
\nUser reviews as assigned by line Manager.
\n\u2022 Self-Development: Being up to date with
\ntechnology
\nCore competencies, knowledge and experience
\nAgile and lean programming and
\ndevelopment of software systems in Webscale environments
\n\u2022 Backlog item estimation
\n\u2022 Unit, integration, smoke and static code analysis testing
\n\u2022 experience working on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) w\/one of market leading RPA platforms: UI Path, Automation Anywhere, and\/or Blue Prism
\n\u2022 Software incident and problem management
\n\u2022 Expertise in multiple programming and markup languages, such as HTML, CSS,JavaScript, Java, Ruby, SQL, XML, JSON,YAML, C, Golan and Python, and paradigms such as object-oriented-, even-driven-, procedural-, functional-, and declarative programming.
\n\u2022 Must have knowledge of the following
\ndatabases i.e. MariaDB, MySQL, MongoDB.
\n\u2022 Vast knowledge of Operating systems such as
\nLINUX etc.
\n\u2022 Continuous integration and continuous
\ndelivery methodologies and tools
\n\u2022 DevOps culture, processes, and tools
\n\u2022 Cloud-native architectures, including public
\ncloud PaaS \/ IaaS, micro-services
\narchitectures, API
\n\u2022 Flexibility to deal with changing projects and
\npriorities in a short space of time
\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to
\nlearn new methods and processes
\n\u2022 Strong communications skills, with the ability
\nto distil difficult technical concepts into
\nsimple and actionable modules
\n\u2022 Strong time-management skills, with the
\nability to juggle multiple balls, and
\ncomfortable working under pressure
\n\u2022 Good understanding of the business capability \/ user journey, wider organizational goals, and desired product business outcomes
