The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company\u2019s brand presence within an assigned territory, as well as driving customer acquisition and sales of financial services.<br \/>\nKey responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Implement marketing and brand promotion strategies within the assigned territory.<\/p>\n<p>Lead and supervise the sales team.<\/p>\n<p>Identify and recruit new customers.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.<\/p>\n<p>Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field.<\/p>\n<p>Experience in marketing or sales is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Strong communication and persuasion skills.<\/p>\n<p>Ability to work independently and meet targets.<\/p>\n<p>Leadership and team management skills.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation &amp; benefits<br \/>\nRetainer and commission based.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
