The company deals with multiplication and distribution of agro seeds; importation and distribution of agrochemicals and provision of technical advisory services on farm input use and management. In addition, the company conducts agricultural research in collaboration with national, regional and international research institutes.
\nIn its bid to implement its business development strategies the company is looking for self driving candidates to fill the following vacancies:
\nFinance Officers (3 Posts) \u2013 Arusha HQ
\nDuties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist to analyze financial performance, identifying trends for strategic decision making
\nAssist to coordinate annual company budgeting, stock control and internal audit
\nPrepare and submit timely tax returns, NSSF and WCF Contributions
\nEnsure compliance with all local tax and legal requirements
\nPrepare and keep accurate daily transactions and maintain updated financial system<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications\/Job Specification<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a must (Professional certification will be an added advantage).
\nMS Office and knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
\nMinimum of three years working experience in related field
\nExcellent analysis and presentation skills and excellent report-writing skills.<\/p>\n
