Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in sales operations or a sales management role.<\/p>\n
Core responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/p>\n
Conduct statistical analysis and modelling to support decision-making and inform sales strategies.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales reporting.<\/p>\n
Communicate complex data and insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to all levels of the organization.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.<\/p>\n
