\nAbout the role
\nWe are looking for a Technology Delivery Manager (Woman or Man) to join our team. In this role, you will lead technology delivery across multiple squads, ensuring high-quality releases, managing platform migrations, and driving Agile excellence.
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.<\/p>\n
5\u20138 years of experience in technology delivery, technical project management, or engineering roles.<\/p>\n
3+ years working in Agile or Scrum setups.<\/p>\n
Prior experience in platform migrations, QA coordination, and vendor or supplier delivery.<\/p>\n
Strong experience working with API and integration environments.<\/p>\n
Experience in fintech, telecom, or digital payments is preferred.<\/p>\n
Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM\/PSM), SAFe, or Agile delivery certifications are an advantage.<\/p>\n
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, CI\/CD pipelines, and testing tools.<\/p>\n
Ability to manage multi-country, multi-vendor teams and remote collaborators.<\/p>\n
Key challenges (responsibilities)
\nAgile delivery & Scrum<\/p>\n
Lead Scrum ceremonies across multiple squads.<\/p>\n
Ensure user stories and technical tasks are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized.<\/p>\n
Coach squads on Agile practices, estimation techniques, and delivery discipline.<\/p>\n
Platform migration ownership<\/p>\n
Own delivery for platform migration initiatives including:<\/p>\n
Core updates<\/p>\n
API version upgrades<\/p>\n
Vendor changes<\/p>\n
Cloud migrations<\/p>\n
Database transitions<\/p>\n
Maintain detailed migration plans covering dependencies, cutover steps, and rollback plans.<\/p>\n
QA & release management<\/p>\n
Oversee all QA activities to ensure high-quality releases.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on defect trends, test coverage, and release readiness.<\/p>\n
Ensure each issue has a clear owner, root cause analysis (RCA), and closure timeline.<\/p>\n
Drive improvements in deployment, monitoring, and incident management processes.<\/p>\n
Capacity & performance tracking<\/p>\n
Track and optimize capacity across internal squads, remote team members, and suppliers.<\/p>\n
Ensure sprint plans reflect realistic capacity and complexity.<\/p>\n
Maintain live dashboards covering:<\/p>\n
Sprint performance<\/p>\n
QA metrics<\/p>\n
Migration progress<\/p>\n
Snag list status<\/p>\n
Release readiness<\/p>\n
Vendor & procurement support<\/p>\n
Lead or support technology-related RFPs for new suppliers, platforms, modules, or migration partners.<\/p>\n
