Location Lubumbashi and Kinshasa<br \/>\nPrinciple Responsibilities<br \/>\nPreparing and presenting accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both internal management and external stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with IFRS, GCEC, and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\nDeveloping and maintaining a robust accounting framework aligned with statutory requirements, including Central Bank regulations and tax authority guidelines.<br \/>\nEnsuring the proper maintenance of financial records and books of accounts, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness at all times.<br \/>\nCoordinating with internal and external auditors, facilitating smooth audit processes and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.<br \/>\nSupporting the oversight and coordination of finance function activities, ensuring alignment and consistency in financial reporting processes.<br \/>\nReviewing, validating, and submitting statutory and regulatory reports to the Central Bank and relevant authorities in compliance with prudential guidelines.<br \/>\nMonitoring and ensuring ongoing compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, while proactively staying updated on changes in regulatory and reporting requirements.<br \/>\nCollaborating with other departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting support to meet business and operational needs.<br \/>\nDeveloping and enhancing financial reporting policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.<br \/>\nProviding guidance and support to junior finance staff, promoting high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.<br \/>\nQualifications Required<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting from any recognized University and relevant professional qualifications (CPA\/ACCA) will be added advantage<br \/>\nProfessional banking certification is an added advantage.<br \/>\nMinimum of three (5) years\u2019 relevant experience, preferably within branch operations or customer relationship management.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of banking products, branch operations, and customer relationship management.<br \/>\nKnowledge of performance management and change management principles.<br \/>\nAbility to promote teamwork, trust, and a customer service\u2013oriented culture.<br \/>\nStrong planning, organizing, coaching, analytical, and reporting skills.<br \/>\nCRDB Commitment<br \/>\nDiscover more<br \/>\nInterview Preparation Course<br \/>\nWork Placement Program<br \/>\nCareer Guide Subscription<br \/>\nCRDB Bank is dedicated to upholding Sustainability and ESG practices and encourage applicants who share this commitment.
