Job Summary<\/p>\n
Installation, Testing, Operation & Maintenance, Trouble shooting of Electrical equipments with optimum quality & safety.
\nResponsible for trouble free operation of assigned area to achieve optimum availability of equipments.
\nSpare management of assigned area for smooth plant operation.
\nProvides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime
\nImplements\u00a0\u00a0 preventive maintenance schedule.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Daily job allocation & technical guidance to subordinates.
\nResponsible for compliance of safety measures within work area.
\nResponsible for housekeeping of his\/her work area.
\nExecutes the maintenance and servicing of Circuit Breakers, Transformers, MCC, PCC, MV & LV switch boards, Battery charger, Plant lighting\/earthing system, HT\/LT motors, VFD, HT\/LT Cables and terminations etc. as per preventive maintenance schedule.
\nExecutes Work orders well in time with quality and safety.
\nPrepares various reports & maintains documentation such as Power report, Maintenance check list, daily job report, maintenance history of equipments etc.
\nImparts training to subordinates.
\nUpdates maintenance data into SAP
\nIssuing of material from Store and giving advance information to seniors about the requirement of spare.
\nPrepares PR, notifications, work order etc in SAP.
\nPerform any other related duties as may assigned by Senior Engineer\/Head of Section or Head of Department<\/p>\n
Professional Qualification, Experience and Competence<\/p>\n
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
\nMinimum of four (4) years of work environment
\nKnowledge and work experience of Low, Medium and High Voltage system (i.e. MCC\/PCC\/MV & LV switch boards etc.), HT\/LT Motors, Transformer, Substation\u2019s Indoor\/outdoor equipments, Generator, cables & cable termination, Plant lighting\/earthing system, Electrical measuring & testing equipments, Electrical and electronic Diagram and its interpretation, Basics of Computer, Battery charger etc.
\nUnderstanding of engineering drawing and principles.
\nGood incident analysis skill
\nGood knowledge of safety legislation and rules
\nTeamwork and coordination skill
\nInnovation & Creativity<\/p>\n
