Business Unit Managers\u00a0primary responsibility is to ensure that a business unit is meeting goals that contribute to the overall success of a company. Broader responsibilities are analyzing market trends, mentoring staff, implementing strategies, reaching target market, and acquiring new customers, managing overall sales, and harvesting business from named accounts.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities.<\/p>\n
Administrative Service<\/p>\n
Analyze market trends, identify fresh opportunities, and set business unit strategies for promotional activities.
\nImplement the business strategies that the business decides at organization level.
\nManage P&L, RoI and Marketing budget.
\nMaintain relationship with vendors and suppliers.
\nInitiate campaigns, programs, events, and promotions
\nInitiate, plan, execute, monitor, and review business project activities and ensure their completion within a scheduled period and budget.
\nOversee new marketing strategies.
\nBuilt effective relationship with clients to sustain revenue.
\nCreate a business plan and present.
\nProduct diversification, business risk assessment
\nAttending conferences, meetings, industry events representing the company participation.
\nReporting on the overall business performance, resources, portfolio in focus and marketing activities<\/p>\n
Sales<\/p>\n
Maintain relationship and pursuing enterprise leads and moving them through sales cycle.
\nOverseeing sales, sales forecast, and analysis
\nEnsure to meet the targets set out for each month.
\nEnsure 100% sales targets are met for the month and collections are 100%
\nFocus on revenue growth.
\nDemand generation and lead management
\nEnsure to participate in tender business, ensure solution compliance, assessing winning probability.<\/p>\n
Resource Management<\/p>\n
Recruit, train and promote talents.
\nTrain and mentor staff<\/p>\n
Monitor the progress of the tasks and effectiveness of projects assigned.<\/p>\n
