Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Drive Growth From the Ground Up
\n\u2022 Launch and scale device financing within your assigned region in Tanzania.
\n\u2022 Identify and onboard high-potential dealers and retail partners.
\n\u2022 Deliver aggressive sales targets while protecting portfolio quality.
\n\u2022 Establish Mogo as the financing partner of choice in your region.
\nBuild and Lead Teams
\n\u2022 Recruit, coach, and develop Loan Officers and field teams.
\n\u2022 Set performance culture from day one \u2014 structure, pace, accountability.
\n\u2022 Drive disciplined execution across dealer activation and daily sales routines.
\nPortfolio Quality Ownership<\/p>\n
\u2022 Balance volume growth with repayment quality and onboarding discipline.
\n\u2022 Monitor early delinquency indicators and intervene quickly with field actions.
\n\u2022 Ensure clean data capture and fraud prevention standards are followed.
\nRequirements<\/p>\n
\u00a05+ years in sales; experience in fintech, telco, PAYGO, FMCG, or device distribution is a strong advantage.
\nExperience managing field teams and dealer\/agent channels.
\nEntrepreneurial mindset \u2014 comfortable building in ambiguity and moving fast.
\nStrong understanding of the Tanzanian retail ecosystem.
\nHigh energy, competitive mindset, and a track record of delivering results.<\/p>\n
