\nRole Purpose
\nThe Business Analyst will be responsible for facilitating the acquisition of business requirements, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet agreed quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
\nThe role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and automation developers to ensure effective solution delivery.
\nKey Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
\nThe Business Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\n
Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
\nTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
\nEngage business users, process owners, and subject matter experts to design solutions that meet defined business requirements.
\nProduce and maintain User Requirements Specifications (URS).
\nEnsure stakeholder sign-off is obtained before supplier engagement.
\nEnsure suppliers fully understand approved requirements and operational prerequisites.
\nReview solution designs to ensure cost efficiency.
\nEnsure solution designs align with enterprise architecture standards.<\/p>\n
Process and Feature Mapping
\nThe successful candidate will also support process improvement, automation, and digitization initiatives through the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead end-to-end process and feature mapping initiatives to support automation and digitization use cases.
\nWork with RPA Developers to translate business processes into automation-ready specifications.
\nFacilitate deep-dive sessions with subject matter experts to understand current processes, exceptions, and business rules.
\nDocument and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flows, identifying automation opportunities.
\nPrepare and maintain feature documentation to support development, testing, and operations.
\nAct as the interface between business teams, RPA developers, and technical teams.<\/p>\n

Qualifications
\nApplicants should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:<\/p>\n
Degree in Computing, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
\n2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in IT or Telecommunications.
\nExperience in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and business communication.
\nKnowledge of programming concepts and database administration.
\nITIL, project management, and financial knowledge will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
