\nKey Responsibilities
\nThe selected intern will support the Operations department by performing the following duties:<\/p>\n
Follow up on customer loan repayments.
\nCommunicate with customers regarding payments.
\nAssist in customer data collection and verification.
\nConduct field visits and customer follow-ups.
\nSupport loan disbursement and collections activities.
\nPrepare daily collections and operations reports.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements
\nApplicants should meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any of the following fields:<\/p>\n
Business Administration
\nFinance
\nMarketing
\nEconomics
\nRelated fields<\/p>\n
Willingness to work in the field and achieve targets.
\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.
\nHigh level of discipline and accountability.
\nAbility to work under pressure.
\nExperience in sales, microfinance, or collections will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
