The trainee is expected to gain a full understanding of the theory, principles, and operation of equipment across various departments.<br \/>\nThe programme combines technical learning, practical exposure, project participation, leadership opportunities, and business communication to prepare graduates for future responsibility within the organization.<br \/>\nKey roles and responsibilities<br \/>\nTechnical learning and hands-on training<br \/>\nThe trainee will be expected to:<\/p>\n<p>Gain a full understanding of the theory, principles, and operation of equipment across various departments.<br \/>\nParticipate in a hands-on, self-study programme.<br \/>\nDevelop technical skills and practical experience throughout the 18-month training period.<br \/>\nApply learning directly in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>Project participation<br \/>\nThe trainee will participate in projects that are aligned with:<\/p>\n<p>Programme requirements.<br \/>\nBrewery priorities.<br \/>\nBusiness needs and improvement opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Operational excellence and problem solving<br \/>\nThe trainee will be required to:<\/p>\n<p>Apply VPO principles.<br \/>\nDiagnose systemic and situational problems.<br \/>\nConduct troubleshooting.<br \/>\nIdentify practical solutions to operational challenges.<br \/>\nCommunicate learnings and solutions across various levels of the business.<\/p>\n<p>Team participation and leadership exposure<br \/>\nThe trainee will participate in team structures and may be required to take on acting roles in identified leadership positions within the department.<br \/>\nResponsibilities include:<\/p>\n<p>Working effectively within departmental teams.<br \/>\nTaking part in leadership opportunities where identified.<br \/>\nCollaborating with colleagues across different business levels.<br \/>\nSupporting team performance and operational delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Communication and business engagement<br \/>\nThe trainee will be expected to:<\/p>\n<p>Communicate learnings clearly across the business.<br \/>\nShare solutions with relevant stakeholders.<br \/>\nEngage with people at different levels of the organization.<br \/>\nCollaborate with a global mindset.<\/p>\n<p>Ownership, innovation, and results<br \/>\nThe trainee will be expected to:<\/p>\n<p>Innovate with an owner mindset.<br \/>\nUnderstand that, as owners, each employee plays an integral role in AB InBev\u2019s success.<br \/>\nExhibit passion, curiosity, courage, and resilience.<br \/>\nTake on tough challenges with determination.<br \/>\nDeliver results consistently.<br \/>\nDemonstrate a strong sense of ownership.<br \/>\nShow a desire to make a meaningful impact.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum requirements<br \/>\nApplicants must meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor of Science in one of the following fields:<\/p>\n<p>Chemistry<br \/>\nFood Science and Technology<br \/>\nMicrobiology<br \/>\nAn equivalent qualification<\/p>\n<p>Maximum of one year of full-time formal working experience.<br \/>\nGeographical mobility, with willingness to move to different locations during the 18-month training programme and after completion.<br \/>\nWillingness to relocate throughout the candidate\u2019s career.<br \/>\nFull proficiency in English.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.<br \/>\nAbility to quickly adapt to new systems.<br \/>\nAmbitious, curious, bold, and resilient personality.<br \/>\nDetermination to deliver results.<br \/>\nStrong sense of ownership.<br \/>\nDesire to make an impact.<\/p>\n<p>Additional information<br \/>\nEmployment equity and equal opportunity statement<br \/>\nSAB \/ AB InBev is an equal opportunity employer.
