\nAbout the Role
\nWe are hiring\u00a0Loan Officers\u00a0and\u00a0Collection Officers\u00a0to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to build a career in the financial sector.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nMain Duties:<\/p>\n
Review and follow up on open accounts for repayment collection.
\nCollect loan payments as per agreed repayment plans.
\nPerform customer due diligence and maintain proper KYC documentation.
\nDeliver excellent customer service at all times.
\nManage front desk duties and assist in administrative tasks. \u00b7 Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Performance Targets (KPIs):<\/p>\n
Achieve monthly disbursement, collection, new customer acquisition, and active customer targets.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
High School education
\nExperience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage.
\nStrong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
\nExcellent time management and customer service skills.
\nMust be self-driven, dependable, and a team player.
\nBasic computer knowledge required.
\nHaving a smartphone is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
