\nKey responsibilities
\nThe Customer Service Officer will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Handling client phone calls, processing orders, and managing account inquiries smoothly.
\nMaintaining a patient, calm, and kind demeanor when interacting with customers to resolve issues.
\nCoordinating between field sales teams and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.<\/p>\n
Requirements

\nProven experience in retail customer service, account management, or telephone-based sales.
