\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing human resource operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance during a period of strong business growth.
\nKey responsibilities
\nThe HR Officer will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
\nOverseeing workplace policy implementation and fostering a productive company culture.
\nEnsuring full compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
\nSupporting management in tracking employee performance metrics.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nApplicants should meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
Proven experience in human resource management.
\nStrong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and statutory regulations.
\nExperience working within a hardware, manufacturing, building materials, or construction-related company will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
