However, the listed position title and job overview focus on\u00a0HR Learning, Training and Development (HRLD).<br \/>\nPosition<br \/>\nHR Learning, Training and Development (HRLD)<br \/>\nOrganization<br \/>\nVigor-Turkys Group of Companies<br \/>\nJob overview<br \/>\nThe\u00a0HR Learning, Training and Development Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee learning and development programs that support organizational growth and employee performance.<\/p>\n<p>The role focuses on:<\/p>\n<p>Training coordination<br \/>\nTalent development<br \/>\nSuccession planning<br \/>\nOnboarding inductions<br \/>\nLeadership development<br \/>\nContinuous improvement of learning systems and programs across Vigor-Turkys Group of Companies<\/p>\n<p>Education requirements<br \/>\nApplicants should have the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.<br \/>\nProfessional certifications in Learning and Development, HR Management, CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nTraining in Talent Management, Instructional Design, or Performance Management is preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Relevant work experience<br \/>\nApplicants should have the following experience:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 4\u20136 years of experience in Human Resources, Training, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development.<br \/>\nExperience in developing and facilitating training programs both physically and online.<br \/>\nProven experience in employee onboarding, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.<br \/>\nExperience working with Training Management Systems (TMS), HRIS, or learning platforms.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.<br \/>\nExperience in coordinating training logistics, vendors, and employee development initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Core responsibilities<br \/>\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\n<p>Design, develop, and implement innovative learning and development programs that support the employee lifecycle.<br \/>\nCoordinate onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.<br \/>\nAssess organizational training needs and identify performance and skills gaps.<br \/>\nDevelop and implement training processes, procedures, and learning programs aligned with company goals.<br \/>\nFacilitate training sessions both online and in person.<br \/>\nMonitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.<br \/>\nCoordinate training schedules, event logistics, committees, and vendor relationships.<br \/>\nManage and support the Training Management System (TMS), including troubleshooting and reporting.<br \/>\nPrepare training reports, dashboards, and employee learning analytics for management review.<br \/>\nDevelop learning resources and support organizational development initiatives.<br \/>\nResearch modern learning trends, technologies, and best practices to improve training efficiency.<br \/>\nEnsure accessibility and smooth coordination of all learning and development programs.<br \/>\nPerform any other related duties assigned by management to support employee growth and organizational development.<\/p>\n<p>Key competencies<br \/>\nApplicants should demonstrate the following competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Strong negotiation and analytical skills.<br \/>\nExcellent organizational and communication abilities.<br \/>\nHigh integrity and attention to detail.<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<br \/>\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.<br \/>\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
