Education requirements
\nApplicants should have the following qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
\nProfessional certifications in Learning and Development, HR Management, CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP will be an added advantage.
\nTraining in Talent Management, Instructional Design, or Performance Management is preferred.<\/p>\n
Relevant work experience
\nApplicants should have the following experience:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 4\u20136 years of experience in Human Resources, Training, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development.
\nExperience in developing and facilitating training programs both physically and online.
\nProven experience in employee onboarding, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
\nExperience working with Training Management Systems (TMS), HRIS, or learning platforms.
\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
\nExperience in coordinating training logistics, vendors, and employee development initiatives.<\/p>\n
Core responsibilities
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\n
Design, develop, and implement innovative learning and development programs that support the employee lifecycle.
\nCoordinate onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
\nAssess organizational training needs and identify performance and skills gaps.
\nDevelop and implement training processes, procedures, and learning programs aligned with company goals.
\nFacilitate training sessions both online and in person.
\nMonitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.
\nCoordinate training schedules, event logistics, committees, and vendor relationships.
\nManage and support the Training Management System (TMS), including troubleshooting and reporting.
\nPrepare training reports, dashboards, and employee learning analytics for management review.
\nDevelop learning resources and support organizational development initiatives.
\nResearch modern learning trends, technologies, and best practices to improve training efficiency.
\nEnsure accessibility and smooth coordination of all learning and development programs.
\nPerform any other related duties assigned by management to support employee growth and organizational development.<\/p>\n
