\nJob purpose
\nThe Grounds and Facilities Services Supervisor is a key role responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and hygienic standards of our international campus. You will lead a dedicated team of in-house cleaners and gardeners, ensuring that the learning environment is pristine, safe, and ready for daily operations and special events. This role requires a balance of hands-on leadership, administrative proficiency, and high-level communication.

Inventory Control:\u00a0Manage the storage and monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and
\nCommunication:\u00a0Manage internal requests of cleaning supplies and gardening tools.<\/p>\n
Requirements & qualifications<\/p>\n
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for interacting with international faculty and administration.
\nProficiency in computer applications (Email, Microsoft Excel, and Google).
\nAt least 3\u20135 years of experience in grounds and facilities, preferably within a school, hotel, or corporate environment.
\nAbility to be active throughout the day and oversee outdoor work in various weather conditions.
\nExperience working in a multicultural environment with a diverse workforce.
\nAbility to think on your feet when an event set-up requires last-minute changes<\/p>\n
Working hours
\nStandard school hours, with occasional evening or weekend flexibility required for major school events through the calendar year.
