The role involves understanding Tehamaspace\u2019s managed services, pitching them to business clients, and creating engaging tech content that positions Tehamaspace as a leading IT partner in the region.
\nWhat you will do
\nDrive tech and MSP sales
\nYou will support the company\u2019s sales efforts by learning how to identify corporate client needs, pitch managed services, and assist in closing deals for IT infrastructure and support contracts.
\nKey responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
Learning how to understand the needs of corporate clients.
\nPitching Tehamaspace\u2019s managed services to business clients.
\nSupporting sales activities related to IT infrastructure and support contracts.
\nAssisting the team in closing managed services and IT support deals.<\/p>\n
Create engaging digital content
\nYou will help Tehamaspace communicate technology in a simple, creative, and engaging way through digital platforms.
\nYour content creation responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
Brainstorming creative content ideas for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
\nShooting and editing engaging videos.
\nCreating content that simplifies managed services.
\nShowcasing Tehamaspace\u2019s company culture.
\nProducing tech tips that are useful and engaging for online audiences.<\/p>\n
Represent Tehamaspace
\nThe intern will also act as one of the public voices of Tehamaspace across different platforms and business settings.
\nThis will include:<\/p>\n
Representing the company at tech events.
\nSupporting client pitches.
\nParticipating in webinars.
\nSpeaking confidently in front of the camera.
\nUsing strong communication skills to engage business owners and online audiences.<\/p>\n
Research trends and emerging technologies
\nThe successful candidate will be expected to stay updated on new developments in technology, managed service provider trends, and social media content formats.
\nThis includes:<\/p>\n
Researching emerging technologies.
\nFollowing current MSP trends.
\nTracking viral social media formats.
\nHelping keep Tehamaspace\u2019s brand visible and relevant to businesses.<\/p>\n
