The role is responsible for driving integrated digital campaigns across social media, search, digital advertising, websites, and emerging digital platforms while leveraging data, analytics, and consumer insights to optimize performance, ROI, and customer experience. The successful candidate will champion innovation, digital excellence, and content effectiveness while ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\nJob Description\u200b<br \/>\nThe person is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the organization\u2019s online marketing efforts to drive brand and campaigns awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Oversee digital campaigns across various channels: such as social media, digital media, search engines, and the website. Using data and analytics to ensure effectiveness and ROI and ensures effective use of digital platforms while aligning with regulatory requirements, brand strategy, and business goals.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThis includes:<\/p>\n<p>Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies<br \/>\nPromote NBC products and services through digital channels while ensuring alignment with compliance, brand guidelines, and customer needs<br \/>\nManaging social media, SEO\/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising<br \/>\nCreating and optimizing content across digital platforms<br \/>\nUsing analytics tools to monitor performance daily, weekly, monthly and generate and share reports and insights<br \/>\nCoordinating with internal teams and external agencies<br \/>\nStaying up to date with digital trends and technologies<br \/>\nMonitoring competitors\u2019 digital strategies and staying updated on digital trends and technologies<br \/>\nDriving lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nManage social and digital media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nStrategy &amp; Management<\/p>\n<p>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for NBC products and services, Brand and social, national related activities<br \/>\nPlan, manage, and report on digital campaigns across channels: social &amp; digital media, email, search engines, display ads, mobile, and website<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nContent &amp; Communication<\/p>\n<p>Oversee development of creative content for digital channels, tailored to target audiences such as individuals, SMEs, farmers, and youth etc<br \/>\nEnsure consistency in messaging, tone, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards<br \/>\nCreate, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio \/ podcast)<br \/>\nMonitor, listen and respond to users in a \u201cSocial\u201d way while cultivating leads, sales and high level of engagements<br \/>\nConduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions<br \/>\nDevelop and expand community and \/ or influencer outreach efforts<br \/>\nOversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)<br \/>\nDesign, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company\u2019s overall marketing and brand campaigns plan and channels<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nChannels Management<\/p>\n<p>Manage and grow presence on social media platforms, website, mobile apps, and digital banking portals<br \/>\nCollaborate with digital product and IT teams to improve customer journeys and user experience<br \/>\nCreate and manage an online review funnel for\u00a0building\u00a0reviews\u00a0and reputation.<br \/>\nMonitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care<br \/>\nBecome an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate<br \/>\nDemonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan.<br \/>\nDrive strategies that are\u00a0proven by testing and metrics<br \/>\nDevelop organizational elements to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews<br \/>\nMonitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy<br \/>\nImplement ongoing education to remain\u00a0highly effective<br \/>\nIdentify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company.<br \/>\nAttend selected events for live streaming and timely posts on NBC social media and YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nStakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n<p>Work closely with product managers, sales teams, agency partners, and compliance to align campaigns with business priorities<br \/>\nLead internal training or briefing sessions on digital best practices and tools<br \/>\nWork with various teams to update content on NBC website, adding new micro page or links to the website.<br \/>\nWork diligently with NBC partners and influencers on expanding banks visibility on their social and digital media platforms<br \/>\nSupervise and guide video shooting or photography to ensure that it is done in a way it fits for social and digital media.<br \/>\nGuide, recruit and manage influencers and ambassadors on pushing NBC contents in a manner that will keep brand reputation positive and advice wherever there is a threat of jeopardizing brand reputation<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nNBC Website, Apps, Microsite and portals utilization<\/p>\n<p>Drive maximum utilisation of NBC website, micro sites and portals<br \/>\nEnsure content are timely updated (within agreed turn-around-time)<br \/>\nGrow number of visitors as per annual set targets<br \/>\nDrive business leads collection from social media and digital media channels as per the set target per campaign<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nInnovation &amp; Industry Trends<\/p>\n<p>Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and competitors\u2019 strategies in the financial services sector<br \/>\nPropose innovative campaigns and tools to enhance digital engagement and financial inclusion<\/p>\n<p>Performance Monitoring &amp; Analytics<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign dashboards to track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI)<br \/>\nProvide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and budget allocation<br \/>\nUse data to come up with appropriate social and digital media campaigns, directions and engagements<br \/>\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports with analysis and recommendations on areas to improve and how to improve<br \/>\nReport notable threats to appropriate management<br \/>\nMonitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices)\u00a0for measuring the impact of social media campaigns<br \/>\nAnalyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results<br \/>\nAnalyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed<br \/>\nCompile reports for management showing results (ROI) per campaign<br \/>\nAnalyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social &amp; digital media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns<br \/>\nConduct gap analysis and action updates implementation for the NBC website, microsite and portals<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nRisk and Control Objective<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the event of major issues in the executions, act as crisis coordinator and allocate tasks to the crisis teams<br \/>\nEnsure all legal and regulatory requirements are complied with before implementing any activity<br \/>\nWhen working or involved influencers, partners or any external party, clearly understand the contract \/ MOU terms and conditions and obligations of each party prior the implementation of tasks<br \/>\nAdhere to bank\u2019s policies and procedures applicable to the department and NBC bank, demonstrating sound judgment and responsible risk management<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nRole requirement<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional and digital marketing.<br \/>\nBachelor Degree in Digital Marketing, Information technology or any other related degree.<br \/>\nDemonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social &amp;
