Responsibilities
\nThe Customer Service \/ Call Center Agent will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\n
Answer inbound customer calls and messages.
\nRespond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
\nSupport distributors and retailers with product and order inquiries.
\nTrack orders and coordinate logistics.
\nResolve customer complaints efficiently.
\nEscalate unresolved issues to supervisors.
\nMaintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
\nHandle updates and reporting.
\nMeet response-time and customer satisfaction targets.
\nEscalate compliance or legal concerns when necessary.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nApplicants should meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
Female candidate aged between\u00a025 and 30 years.
\nDiploma or degree preferred.
\nCustomer service or call center experience.
\nStrong communication skills.
\nComputer literacy.
\nGood typing and data-entry speed.
\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
\nExcellent spoken and written English.
\nSwahili language skills are required for candidates applying in Tanzania.
\nCalm and professional phone manner.
\nConflict resolution skills.
\nFlexibility to work shifts.<\/p>\n
