Reporting to Coordinator Rotables – HME, you will be responsible for the effective management, planning, control, and optimization of rotatable components used in Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME), with focus on component tracking, repair coordination, commercial review of repair quotations, inventory accuracy, dispatch visibility, and rotable availability. Your duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: – Manage the complete lifecycle of HME rotatable components including tracking, repair, replacement, refurbishment, and disposal. Monitor component movements between service, repair, warehouse, laydown, and operational areas. Compare current repair values against historical average repair values for similar components and scope of work. Monitor rotable repair cost trends and maintain visibility of outstanding quotations and full value orders. Prepare monthly summary of rotable costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate repair and overhaul activities with OEMs and approved repair vendors. Track repair turnaround times (TAT) and ensure timely return of serviceable components. Maintain accurate rotable inventory records within ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto, Ellipse, Oracle, Maximo). Collaborate with maintenance planners to forecast rotable requirements for planned shutdowns and preventative maintenance activities. To be considered for the position, the applicant must have the following: Minimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, Engineering Technology or related field. Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in rotable management, supply chain, commercial coordination, inventory control, asset management, or mining equipment maintenance. Strong experience in commercial review and processing of repair quotations, cost analysis, tracking of open orders, and follow-up of aged outstanding items. Experience in vendor coordination, repair cost control, and monitoring of turnaround times. Experience using ERP/CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, Pronto, Ellipse, or Oracle for rotable tracking, inventory control, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of fitness and wellness programs aligned with organizational goals Manage schedules, resources, and logistics for gym classes and wellness sessions across sites Oversee gym equipment inventory, maintenance, and facility safety Create personalized fitness plans for high-risk clients and assist with client referrals Collaborate with Nutritionists, Occupational Health, Physiotherapists, and wellness professionals to support holistic care Coordinate and monitor employee weight management programs, tracking progress and compiling reports Manage wellness incentive prize inventories and coordinate fair distribution Collect, analyze, and report data on program participation and effectiveness Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit requirements What We Are Looking For Grade 12 Certificate Personal Training qualification (required) Sports Science Degree Experience supporting wellness program implementation or facility management in a health-related field Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or rehabilitation environments Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in data management, reporting, and problem-solving Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams ZAQA Validated Qualifications Why Join Us?
