Overall Purpos
To drive Enterprise sales within the framework of an agreed sales strategy that delivers return on investment, profitability and customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will be responsible for handling the most important client accounts in the company and build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. The Account Manager will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Business or related field would be an added advantage
Professional Registration
ZIM or any relevant
Minimum Experience
3 years of related experience preferably in the telecommunications / FMCG industry

Understanding of Sales (broad understanding of sales within the context and environment of the business) • Planning skills • Relationship building • Customer management skills
