Job Title: Factory Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage production staff, and ensure efficient and safe production processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations and production activities.
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of targets.
Train, motivate, and manage factory staff, ensuring high performance and discipline.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Maintain production reports and records.
Collaborate with management to achieve production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Production Management, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
