Duties

Understand customer needs, recommend products, and achieve sales targets
Maintain and develop client relationships via visits, calls, and emails
Support team members and follow company rules & KPIs
Complete sales reports accurately and take care of company assets
Negotiate terms and close sales deals
Collect market info, clarify pricing, stock, and delivery to clients
Check stock, record sales data, and handle customer queries
Review performance and complete other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Diploma in Sales & Marketing
5 years of sales experience
Fluent in English (written & spoken), local language is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Good communication, teamwork, and stress management skills
