In doing so we will contribute to the social and economic growth of the continent<br \/>\nPosition Overview:<br \/>\nWe are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Consumer team. The delegates will play a crucial role in implementing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness for our consumer healthcare products.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nOrganising appointments and meetings with clients (both existing and potential clients).<br \/>\nIdentifying and establishing new business opportunities for Shalina Pharmaceuticals.<br \/>\nConduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities.<br \/>\nNegotiating contracts for supply and delivery of Shalina Pharmaceuticals consumer products.<br \/>\nUndertaking relevant market research.<br \/>\nMeeting both the business and scientific needs of health care professionals.<br \/>\nMaintaining detailed records.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nFull Grade Twelve Certificate<br \/>\nTertiary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.<br \/>\nProven experience in the healthcare\/pharmaceutical industry or any FMCG (at least 1 year).<br \/>\nStrong negotiation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.<br \/>\nFlexibility to travel as needed.<br \/>\nWhy Join Us:<br \/>\nOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare accessibility and affordability in Africa.<br \/>\nDynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.<br \/>\nCompetitive compensation package and benefits.<br \/>\nIf you are passionate about the role and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to improving healthcare outcomes, we invite you to join our team.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
