The ideal candidate will have strong barista skills, expertise in making a variety of cocktails, and the ability to craft refreshing cold teas. If you have a love for coffee, creativity in beverage preparation, and excellent customer service skills, we\u2019d love to meet you!<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nPrepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty lattes.<br \/>\nCreate and mix classic and signature cocktails while maintaining high presentation and taste standards.<br \/>\nBrew and infuse a variety of cold teas, ensuring proper flavor balance and consistency.<br \/>\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and beverage station.<br \/>\nEngage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.<br \/>\nOperate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.<br \/>\nFollow health and safety regulations to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are met.<br \/>\nMonitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when needed.<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\nProven experience as a barista with strong coffee-making skills.<br \/>\nPrevious experience in cocktail preparation and mixology.<br \/>\nKnowledge of different tea blends and cold brewing techniques.<br \/>\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.<br \/>\nA keen eye for detail and presentation.<br \/>\nAvailability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.<br \/>\nCertification in mixology or barista training is a plus.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
