They are looking for a strong and enthusiastic new sales lead, to take them to their next level of distribution and sales of honey. This will be a new export focus full-time sales position, and the team member would be working directly with the CEO on sales strategy and targets. The position will focus on local and regional sales, with the main target to expand EXPORT USD sales in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and beyond.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:<br \/>\nResearching and analyzing international markets to identify potential customers and business opportunities, understanding market trends, and competitor analysis.<br \/>\nCustomer Acquisition and Relationship Management:<br \/>\nDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, building trust, and managing customer accounts to ensure long-term loyalty.<br \/>\nSales Strategy Development:<br \/>\nCreating and executing strategic sales plans to target specific markets, setting sales goals, and identifying potential growth areas.<br \/>\nLead Generation and Prospecting:<br \/>\nActively seeking out new potential customers through networking, attending trade shows, and utilizing online platforms.<br \/>\nQuotation and Proposal Preparation:<br \/>\nDeveloping customized proposals and quotations for international clients, considering pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.<br \/>\nContract Negotiation:<br \/>\nNegotiating contract terms and conditions with international customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and export regulations.<br \/>\nOrder Processing and Fulfillment:<br \/>\nManaging the order fulfillment process, including coordinating with internal departments like production, logistics, and shipping to ensure timely delivery.<br \/>\nExport Documentation and Compliance:<br \/>\nEnsuring all necessary export documentation is prepared accurately, adhering to international trade regulations and customs requirements.<br \/>\nSales Reporting and Analysis:<br \/>\nTracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports to senior management on sales activities and key metrics.<br \/>\nCollaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:<br \/>\nWorking closely with marketing, logistics, customer service, and legal teams to facilitate smooth export operations and customer support.<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills and Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>BS Degree in Business Administration or related field<br \/>\nStrong understanding of international trade principles, export regulations, and customs procedures.<br \/>\nProven sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally with a focus on international markets.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with international clients.<br \/>\nProficiency in market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.<br \/>\nFluency in English and additional languages depending on target markets.<br \/>\nKnowledge of international trade platforms and online tools<\/p>\n<p>Compensation:<br \/>\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
