STARTER FINANCE is a fast-growing financial institution with several branches throughout Zambia. We provide finance solutions with flexible payment terms to our esteemed clients. We are currently looking for services of Assistant loan officer to bring additional value to our already existing strong team.
\nLocations
\nMkushi \u2013 2, Luanshya \u2013 1.
\nResponsibility<\/p>\n
Will be responsible for entering client\u2019s information in the sales system.
\nProviding financial advice to clients about appropriate financial package in line with the client\u2019s credit worthiness.
\nPreparing and circulating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the directors.
\nHandling cash and disbursing loans to clients via cash and Mobile money.
\nPreparing bank and payroll related deduct files.
\nConducting marketing activities to boost sales for the branch.
\nPreparing loan statement and loan agreement forms.
\nManaging branch requirements such us updating health permit certificate, business levy and fire certificate with the council.
\nDaily contacting clients via email, phone calls and texts to remind them to service they loans.
\nAttending to customer queries.
\nAny other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Must have a full grade GCE certificate.
\nDiploma in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
\nShould have excellent communication skills.
\nShould be detailed oriented and be able to work in a target driven work environment.
\nshould have good problem solving and analytical skills.
\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team.
\nAbility to Multi-task.
\nShould be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft excel, word and power point.<\/p>\n
