The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team, engaging with customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store or sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help customers find the right products.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, and addressing concerns.<br \/>\n\u2013 Sales Support: Assist the sales team with processing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.<br \/>\n\u2013 Product Display &amp; Merchandising: At Events, when needed.<br \/>\n\u2013 Inventory Management: Plan with the production team on the stocks and Skus needed based on ROS and Orders at Hand.<br \/>\n\u2013 Order Processing: Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.<br \/>\n\u2013 Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the similar products in the markets, benefits, and pricing of products to provide management with accurate information.<br \/>\n\u2013 Returns &amp; Exchanges: Assist customers with returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.<br \/>\n\u2013 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere, Very Important!<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u2013 Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is required. Industry (Milling) Experience is added bonus<br \/>\n\u2013 Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-oriented mindset<br \/>\n\u2013 Tech Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Must be able to make timely Monthly Reports. Other Reports when needed.<br \/>\n\u2013 Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\n\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2013 Relevant Certifications: Sales, customer service, or supply chain management certifications are an added advantage.<br \/>\n\u2013 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments is highly desirable.<br \/>\n\u2013 Must possess valid Drivers licence.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
