This role involves managing farm workers, maintaining farm facilities, and ensuring compliance with agricultural standards and regulations.<br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Supervise and direct farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.<br \/>\nMaintain a positive and productive work environment.<br \/>\nOversee daily activities, including planting, cultivation and harvesting<br \/>\nEnsure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities<br \/>\nManage irrigation systems and water resources<br \/>\nProvide regular reports on farm performance and activities<br \/>\nSupport in the preparation of land for farming purposes<br \/>\nEnsure proper maintenance and use of farm equipment<\/p>\n<p>Required skills and qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\nExperience in working on a farm<\/p>\n<p>Compensation:<br \/>\nThe incumbent will receive ZMW3000.00 for this position.
