\nJob Description
\nWireframing & Prototyping:
\nCreate detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to bring ideas to life
\nDesign and iterate low- to high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder feedback
\nUser-Centered Design Process:
\nConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
\nTranslate research findings into actionable design improvements
\nDevelop personas, customer journey maps, and other artifacts to guide design processes
\nVisual & Interaction Design:
\nDesign responsive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications.
\nBuild and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
\nWork with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs
\nCollaboration & Feedback:
\nWork cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to align on goals and requirements
\nAccept and provide feedback in a constructive, collaborative manner
\nProblem Solving & Iteration:
\nUse creativity and critical thinking to address design challenges and user pain points
\nContinuously iterate based on user feedback and analytics to enhance user satisfaction
\nCandidate Specification
\nExperience: 8 years plus
\nEducation Level: Certificate Level
\nQualifications: Job related
\nSoftware: Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
\nKnowledge Of: Expertise in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG). Knowledge of basic front-end technologies like HTML and CSS is a plus.
\nSkills To: Communication: Clearly articulate design ideas to stakeholders across all levels of technical expertise.
\nAbility To: Demonstrable success in designing for both web and mobile platforms
\nOther Requirements: Professional experience in UI\/UX design, with a proven portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and live products<\/p>\n
