You will be responsible for maximizing resource utilization to ensure the seamless operation of the store.<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0Lusaka<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nManage the store\u2019s sales performance.<br \/>\nCommunicate sales targets and goals to the team.<br \/>\nEnsure the timely submission of sales reports in line with company standards.<br \/>\nLead the store\u2019s service vision to provide an exceptional customer experience.<br \/>\nOptimize resource usage to guarantee smooth daily operations.<br \/>\nManage in-store service performance in alignment with Kalayim\u2019s values.<br \/>\nProtect and enhance the Kalayim retail brand and reputation.<br \/>\nLead the provision of high-quality service, ensuring positive customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nEstablish strong relationships with customers.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\nDiploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).<br \/>\nGrade 12 Certificate.<br \/>\nRelevant work experience in the field, with added preferences for certifications and industry affiliations.<br \/>\nProven experience in customer service.<br \/>\nLeadership experience, especially in a similar role, is a plus.<br \/>\nExperience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
