SGC Investments Ltd with its Head Office in Ndola is looking to employ two (02) Territory Managers for SGC Kwik Marts to be based in Lusaka and Ndola.
\nJob Main Purpose:
\nResponsible for more than one store in the Lusaka or Northern region with core responsibilities of maintaining standards and maximizing profits by managing available resources.
\nTo provide operational, financial and organizational direction in SGC retail operations in the Lusaka or copper belt Region in areas of merchandising, expense and loss control, profit management, budget planning and employee relations in order to ensure efficient and economically sound operations.
\nQualification or Experience:<\/p>\n
Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Business administration or Marketing.
\nAt least 5 years minimum experience in the retail business running a busy retail chain.
\nProven exposure in Chain store management.
\nAble to work with minimum supervision
\nProven responsible work experience at management level in a chain store<\/p>\n
Competencies and Skills:<\/p>\n
Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other programmes.
\nTeam player and able to lead by example.
\nSelf-starter and consistent.
\nReliable and well-motivated.
\nExcellent communication skills in both oral and written.
\nAbility to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
\nAble to work with minimum supervision<\/p>\n
