This individual will play a pivotal role in the company\u2019s growth, ensuring operational efficiency, market expansion, and profitability. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from production and distribution to financial management and marketing strategies.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Leadership &amp; Strategy: Lead and inspire the team, ensuring alignment with the company\u2019s vision, values, and goals. Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies for growth and profitability.<br \/>\nOperations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.<br \/>\nFinancial Management: Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling operational costs. Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.<br \/>\nSales &amp; Marketing: Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs.<br \/>\nRegulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations and products meet regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. Stay informed of industry regulations and implement necessary changes.<br \/>\nStakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government bodies. Represent the company in key external forums and negotiations.<br \/>\nTeam Development: Manage and develop senior management and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and high performance.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of business and financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.<br \/>\nProven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br \/>\nExperience in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis.<br \/>\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the industry.<br \/>\nA Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
