The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n1. Human Resource Management:<br \/>\n\u2013 Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.<br \/>\n\u2013 Maintain HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.<br \/>\n\u2013 Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management.<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Address workplace conflicts and promote a positive work culture.<br \/>\n2. Public Administration Assistance:<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist in policy implementation and administrative decision-making.<br \/>\n\u2013 Support project documentation.<br \/>\n\u2013 Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.<br \/>\n\u2013 Prepare reports\u00a0and official correspondence.<br \/>\n3. Public Relations Assistance:<br \/>\n\u2013 Develop and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public.<br \/>\n\u2013 Assist in creating press releases, newsletters, and marketing materials.<br \/>\n\u2013 Monitor public perception and handle crisis communication when necessary.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills:<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources(Necessary),\u00a0having the valid human resource certificate, Public Administration, Communications(Optional),\u00a0or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Proven experience in HR management\u00a0at least two years (Necessary),\u00a0public administration, or public relations.<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong leadership and organizational skills.<br \/>\n\u2013 Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.<br \/>\nPreferred Qualifications:<br \/>\n\u2013 Experience in both private and public sector administration.<br \/>\n\u2013 Knowledge of labor laws, public policy, and PR strategies.<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0Certification in HR (Must)\u00a0or PR (e.g., SHRM, CIPR) is a plus.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
