\nKey responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00a0Ensures that Call Center Agents Listen effectively to clients and probing to understand their challenges so as to overcome their queries using diplomacy and effective negotiations skills
\nAddressing issues that are raised by Call Center Agents through answering and resolving queries, complaints and any other issues relating to GS Cash Advance within agreed timelines.
\nCalling clients to remind them of making payments or any other information that needs disseminating.
\n\u00a0Managing sound relationships with clients through resolving queries and escalating unresolved challenges to the relevant supervisor (s)
\n\u00a0Consolidating weekly and monthly status reports prepared by Call Center Agents.
\nEnsures that Call Center Agents do not make less than 150 calls every day.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Fluent in English a must and should be able to fluently speak any of the following local languages; Bemba, Nyanja, Lozi, Tonga ,Kaonde among other Zambian Local Languages
\n\u00a0Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and customer service as well as negotiation skills.
\nHigh working knowledge of computer literacy, including an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft based applications.
\nOutstanding selling and negotiation skills.
\nExceptional customer service skills and excellent telephone, phone etiquette.
\nMature and with a high level of Professionalism.
\nA minimum of a full Grade 12 Certificate.
