Senior Loan Officer<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nTakes charge in selling YesCash Zambia products &amp; services, screening, evaluation of loan documentation and processing of loan applications as per laid down Policies and Procedures, general customer service<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0Sales Point Management, Custodian of all Sales Point assets<br \/>\nEnsure Sales Point is open and ready for business by 07:55 hours.<br \/>\nEnsure Sales Point is locked and safely secured at end of day.<br \/>\nEnsure the Sales Point is clean and conducive for business and customers.<br \/>\nAll equipment must be in good working condition for smooth branch operations.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0Customer Care, Ensure excellent customer service to all customers.<br \/>\nResolve customer complaints and queries and ensure they are handled within 24hrs.<br \/>\nEscalate all customer queries and complaints that cannot be handled by the branch immediately and ensure they are resolved within 48hrs.<br \/>\nEnsure customer refund claims are handled with utmost care and customers are refunded within 48hrs.<br \/>\nAll customer refund claims are completed and signed off before escalating to SSC for processing.<br \/>\nCustomers are fully informed about all products and services<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0Loan Processing,\u00a0All loans are processed as per policy and procedure adhering to underwriting rules.<br \/>\nAll loan files are secured in the branch daily before dispatching to Head office.<br \/>\nAll loan files processed in a month are couriered to Head office for archiving during the first week of the following month.<br \/>\nAll mandates are couriered to Head Office (Credit department) by Monday the following week.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sales,Management of Direct Sales Agents to drive sales.<br \/>\nSet daily marketing plans for DSAs and set daily targets.<br \/>\nEnsure branch sales targets are achieved.<br \/>\nPrepare monthly and weekly sales plan and send to Sales Manager and Head- Branch Operations<br \/>\nEnsure all sales plans are implemented.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0Document Archiving,Ensure all documents e.g, Cash receipts, refunds, loan documents are kept safe and secure in branch before dispatching to HQ for archiving.<br \/>\nEnsure all loan documents are couriered to HQ for archiving within 5 working days of the following month.<br \/>\nAll mandates are couriered to Head Office (Credit department) by Monday the following week.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0Reports,\u00a0Ensure\u00a0daily and weekly reports are sent completed efficiently and sent on time.<br \/>\nQualifications and Requirements<br \/>\nGrade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits including English and Mathematics<br \/>\nDiploma or better in sales or any business-related course,<br \/>\nMust have a Valid Driver\u2019s Licence<br \/>\nComputer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)<br \/>\nRelevant sales and marketing skills- Basic knowledge in financial analysis<br \/>\nMust have sales and marketing experience<br \/>\nHonesty and Integrity<br \/>\nAttention to details<br \/>\nGood organizational and multi-tasking skills.<br \/>\nKnowledgeable in YesCash Zambia Credit Procedures and Products<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal skills<br \/>\nGood understanding of customer service principles,<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills (oral&amp; written)<\/p>\n<p>2. Loan Officer<br \/>\nExpress Credit Zambia seeks to recruit a self- motivated, experienced, skillful and result oriented professional based in\u00a0Katete, Nchelenge, Lundazi,\u00a0Kawambwa and Chama\u00a0or willing to self-relocate for Loan Officer position<br \/>\nJob Purpose<br \/>\nThe Loan Officer takes charge in selling YesCash Zambia products &amp; services, screening, evaluation of loan documentation and processing of loan applications as per laid down Policies and Procedures, and responsibility over the loan quality under his\/her portfolio, general customer service. The role also includes receiving customers\u2019 repayments, pay out loan disbursements, and entertain customers\u2019 concerns related to their accounts, refunds, payments, arrears, interpret customer loan statements and settlement enquiries, Cash management.
