The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, content creation, and market analysis.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nMarketing Strategy &amp; Execution:<br \/>\nDevelop and implement marketing campaigns to promote real estate listings, new developments, and company services.<br \/>\nCreate and manage multi-channel marketing plans (digital ads, social media, email, print, events, etc.).<br \/>\nConduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.<br \/>\nDigital Marketing &amp; Social Media:<br \/>\nManage company website, SEO, and paid ads (Google Ads, social media ads).<br \/>\nDevelop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).<br \/>\nOptimize digital marketing efforts for lead generation and conversion.<br \/>\nContent Creation &amp; Branding:<br \/>\nCreate compelling marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns).<br \/>\nWrite and edit property descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.<br \/>\nEnsure brand consistency across all marketing channels.<br \/>\nLead Generation &amp; CRM:<br \/>\nTrack and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).<br \/>\nManage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.<br \/>\nSupport sales teams with lead nurturing strategies and follow-up campaigns.<br \/>\nEvent Planning &amp; Community Engagement:<br \/>\nOrganize and promote open houses, networking events, and property showcases.<br \/>\nDevelop relationships with local businesses, media, and influencers for partnerships.<br \/>\nEngage with clients and prospects through email marketing and follow-ups etc.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Skills:<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.<br \/>\n2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar role.<br \/>\nZambia Institute of Real Estate Agency license<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\nPreferred Qualifications:<br \/>\nExperience with real estate platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS, etc.).<br \/>\nKnowledge of video marketing and real estate photography.<br \/>\nUnderstanding of local real estate laws and market trends.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
