The Sales Associate will report directly to the General Manager.<br \/>\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Identify and engage potential clients, with a focus on the mining industry.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Promote Samstone\u2019s products and services to prospective and existing customers.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Provide regular sales reports, forecast and insights to the General Manager.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the mining industry.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0Familiarity with mining operations, supply chain dynamics, and procurement processes.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Ability to work independently and meet sales targets and willingness to travel as needed and with a valid driver\u2019s license is a must.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
