\nAbout the role:
\nThe Maintenance Engineer (3) will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the factory\u2019s machinery, equipment, and building systems. The technician will work closely with other maintenance staff and operators of equipment to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on building infrastructure (plumbing, electrical systems, etc.).
\nTroubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to ensure the continuous operation of production lines.
\nRespond promptly to maintenance requests from production staff and diagnose issues with infrastructure equipment.
\nAssist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment within the factory.
\nTest equipment after installation to verify proper functionality.
\nMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, \u00a0 and preventive maintenance tasks.
\nWork closely with production staff to ensure that maintenance activities do not interfere with production schedules.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. Additional diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
\nMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems.
\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
\nProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
\nBasic welding and fabrication skills.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
