This includes fundraising, donor relations, and grant writing to ensure financial stability.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Fundraising &amp; Donor Engagement: Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract donations, sponsorships, and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, sponsors, and funding agencies.<br \/>\nGrant Writing &amp; Proposal Development: Research potential funding sources and write proposals to secure grants and other funding opportunities for the organization\u2019s sustainability projects.<br \/>\nPartnerships &amp; Networking: Establish partnerships with governments, businesses, and other NGOs to mobilize resources. Participate in networking events and fundraising activities to expand the organization\u2019s funding base.<br \/>\nResource Mobilization Strategies: Develop long-term strategies for sustainable resource mobilization, ensuring alignment with the organization\u2019s mission and sustainability objectives.<br \/>\nReporting &amp; Monitoring: Monitor and report on the status of funding programs, ensuring that funds are being used effectively and in compliance with donor agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Development Studies, NGO Management, Project Management, Monitoring &amp; Evaluation, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\nProven experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, and grant writing.<br \/>\nThree (3) years\u2019 work experience<br \/>\nStrong communication and networking skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
