Assist in mobilizing community members for development activities.<br \/>\n2. Act as a liaison between the agency and the local community, ensuring clear communication<br \/>\nand addressing community concerns.<br \/>\n3. Participate in community meetings to understand the needs and priorities of the beneficiaries.<br \/>\nProgram Implementation Support<br \/>\n1. Provide support in the implementation of various child development programs, including<br \/>\nhealth, education, and livelihood initiatives.<br \/>\n2. Help organize and facilitate workshops, trainings, and awareness campaigns.<br \/>\n3. Assist in distributing educational materials, supplies, or aid to beneficiaries as required.<br \/>\nData Collection and Reporting<br \/>\n1. Collect and document data from community activities for monitoring and evaluation purposes.<br \/>\n2. Prepare reports on activities conducted, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas<br \/>\nfor improvement.<br \/>\n3. Maintain accurate records of community interactions and program outcome.<br \/>\nCapacity Building and Training<br \/>\n1. Assist in training community groups, such as farmer cooperatives, women\u2019s groups, or youth<br \/>\ngroups, in relevant skills.<br \/>\n2. Provide support to local community members in areas such as financial literacy, income-<br \/>\ngenerating activities, and child protection practices.<br \/>\nAdvocacy and Awareness<br \/>\n1. Advocate for child rights and protection through community sensitization programs.<br \/>\n2. Raise awareness on issues such as health, nutrition, education, and environmental conservation.<br \/>\n3. Collaborate with local leaders and stakeholders to promote the agency\u2019s mission and objectives.<br \/>\nAdministrative Support<br \/>\n1. Assist in organizing and managing documentation related to the agency\u2019s projects.<br \/>\n2. Support office staff with logistical arrangements for fieldwork and events.<br \/>\n3. Help maintain inventory and ensure the proper use of agency resources.<br \/>\nMonitoring and Feedback<br \/>\n1. Monitor program activities in the field and report any issues or recommendations for improvement.<br \/>\n2. Gather feedback from beneficiaries to help assess the impact of the agency\u2019s interventions.<br \/>\nPersonal Development<br \/>\n1. Participate in orientation, training, and mentorship programs provided by the agency.<br \/>\n2. Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to the agency\u2019s goals and approaches.<br \/>\n3. Uphold the values and principles of the Chongwe Child Development Agency in all interactions and activities.<br \/>\nEthical Conduct and Representation<br \/>\n1. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all dealings with community members and stakeholders<br \/>\n2. Adhere to the agency\u2019s policies, guidelines, and code of conduct.<br \/>\nQualifications and Know lodge<br \/>\n1. Must possess a minimum degree in Development Studies\/ Social work or any other social science<br \/>\n2. Excellent in report writing, documentary production and analytical skills.<br \/>\n3. Experience in using Microsoft Office (word, Access Excel).<br \/>\n4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality \u00b7.<br \/>\nVolunteer (Communication)<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\nThe Volunteer (Communication) will play a key role in enhancing our brand, visibility, and engagement. Their responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<p>Content Creation &amp; Management: Develop compelling content for our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other communication materials.<br \/>\nMedia Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and external stakeholders to maximize media coverage and exposure.<br \/>\nCampaign Support: Assist in the design and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns aimed at raising awareness about our programs and initiatives.<br \/>\nSocial Media Management: Monitor and engage with our community across social media platforms, ensuring timely and relevant posts.<br \/>\nInternal Communication: Coordinate communication efforts within the organization to ensure alignment across teams and effective dissemination of key information.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<p>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.<br \/>\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a communications role, preferably in the NGO or nonprofit sector.<br \/>\nProven experience in writing, editing, and creating content for various media platforms.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of social media and digital marketing tools.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Experience with photography or videography.<br \/>\nGraphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.<br \/>\nMultilingual skills are an advantage (e.g., English, [local languages]).<\/p>\n<p>What We Offer:<\/p>\n<p>An opportunity to work with a dynamic, diverse, and passionate team.<br \/>\nMotivation.<br \/>\nA chance to contribute to meaningful projects and make a real difference in the community.<\/p>\n<p>DATA COLLECTORS<br \/>\nCCDA is looking for five (5) Data Collectors with a professional background in gathering data from various sources to support research, analysis and decision-making processes. The data collector will play a crucial role in ensuring that the information being collected is accurate, reliable, and relevant to the project or study they are supporting.<br \/>\nTheir task will vary depending on the field of research, but generally focus on gathering raw data through surveys,\u00a0 interviews, fieldwork, observations, or other methods.<br \/>\nDuration: 7 th April to 23 rd May 2025<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Conduct surveys, interviews, or fieldwork to collect data from specified sources.<br \/>\nEnsure accuracy and consistency in data collection across all research activities.<br \/>\nRecord data manually or using digital tools in a timely manner.<br \/>\nMaintain confidentiality and integrity of collected data.<br \/>\nReport data findings to the research team, ensuring clarity and precision.<br \/>\nAssist in verifying data quality and resolving inconsistencies.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field<br \/>\nPrevious experience in data collection, fieldwork, or research support is desirable.<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and follow specific instructions.<br \/>\nComfortable using basic technology (smartphones, tablets, data entry software).<\/p>\n<p>Desirable Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey).<br \/>\nExperience with mobile data collection platforms or apps. The role is part of the operations and administrative unit and will interact with key programme staff to understand their respective procurement needs and support. As such CCDA seeks to recruit a dynamic and suitably qualified individual to fill this position on a short-term basis of three months renewable.<br \/>\nThe role reports to the Finance and Administrative Manager<br \/>\nKEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br \/>\n1. Review all purchase requisitions and confirm budget availability with end users prior to procurement commencement<br \/>\n2. Float requests for quotations and facilitate bid analysis through established internal procurement committee based on procurement policy guidelines<br \/>\n3. Following approval of selected bidder, facilitate preparation of local purchase orders<br \/>\n4. Managing communication with vendors<br \/>\n5. Ensure procurement documentation is complete and attached invoices and Good received notes are verified and submitted to finance for payment<br \/>\n6. Filling in and updating the procurement tracker every two weeks<br \/>\n7. Support to filing all completed procurement information<br \/>\n8. Proactively assist in ensuring routine payment for services such as insurance, security, and internet are processed in a timely manner.<br \/>\n9. Maintain effective communication with staff internally on progress of all procurements and address any existing challenges<br \/>\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE<br \/>\n1. First degree in procurement or a related field<br \/>\n2. Excellent written and verbal communication.<br \/>\n3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Dove payroll systems<br \/>\n4. Membership to the Zambia Institute for purchasing and supply- ZIPS<br \/>\nPERSONAL QUALITIES<br \/>\n1. Highly organized individual<br \/>\n2. Good interpersonal skills<br \/>\n3.
