The role requires strong communication skills, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maximizing sales and customer satisfaction<br \/>\nDuties &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\nDrink Preparation &amp; Service Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.<br \/>\n\u2713 Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of drinks.<br \/>\n\u2713 Supervision &amp; Leadership Customer Engagement &amp; Service<br \/>\n\u2713 Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.<br \/>\n\u2713 Provide recommendations and educate customers on different beverages.<br \/>\n\u2713 Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nBar Maintenance &amp; Organization<br \/>\n\u2713 Ensure the bar is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.<br \/>\n\u2713 Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards in line with health regulations.<br \/>\n\u2713 Ensure all bar equipment and glassware are clean and in good working condition.<br \/>\nStock &amp; Inventory Management<br \/>\n\u2713 Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.<br \/>\n\u2713 Track stock usage, minimize waste, and prevent shortages.<br \/>\n\u2713 Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.\u00a0 Cash Handling &amp; Reporting<br \/>\n\u2713 Process payments accurately and manage cash registers\/POS systems.<br \/>\n\u2713 Maintain accurate records of sales, stock usage, and cash transactions.<br \/>\n\u2713 Prepare daily reports and assist with financial reconciliation when required.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
